What about Rod MacKinsey?
Rod says in a interview that a gal named Ruth Ann Martinez was the gal in the polkadot dress.
and she was also in the Texas School Book Depository durring the JFK assassination wirh MAc Wallace and some others?

The fortune city web info is very good on the polka dot dress girl. I would add that Sirhan has two girls in his life. A regular girlfriend who is all american type and given to him by the CIA and the polka dot dress girl. Polka dot only shows up in the few days before the assassination. The girl at Robbies Restaurant and other places is his girlfriend. Polka dot may be under the influence of mkultra as well. www.jfkcia.com
