JFK's EXHUMATION:

Postby Bruce Patrick Brychek » Tue Sep 07, 2010 3:32 pm

Dear JFK Murders Solved Forum Members and Readers:

07.25.2007 - Brian White Posted this Interesting Headline worthy of consideration and review in the mind's of many.

Robin - Thank You very much for bringing these pictures to our attention. In the past I have received comments
that RFK never allowed JFK'S casket/coffin/vault to be dug up. Your picture answers both questions simultaneously.

One picture is worth 1,000 words.

In addition, if there was ever any sincere interest in having an Advanced, Complete, Full, Final Autopsy on JFK'S Alleged
Remains, Robert F. Kennedy, Ted Kennedy, and The Entire Kennedy certainly had the opportunity to arrange for it at this
point in time. My Opinion.

Pardon my pun, but this Buries The JFK Exhumation Issue-Petition-Question for me once and for all. My Opinion.

Any additional analyses, interviews, investigations, readings, research, studies, thoughts, or writings on any aspect of
this Subject Matter ?

Bear in mind that we are trying to attract and educate a Whole New Generation of JFK Researcher's who may not be as
well versed as you.

Respectfully,
BB.

The exhumation petition is necessary, cause we need to prove the James Files story and the nation's quest for truth and anti-corruption is more important than the will of private persons.

Bruce; not to discredit Jimmy in any way, but JFK's casket and body, needs to be re-examined because forensic sciences have made so many
advancements in the past 4 decades even using old materials to examine, particularly DNA materials. He was the former President of these
United States of America in 1960 and murdered in public on Nov. 22, 1963. As Zack Shelton, former 28 year FBI member, and all the other
faithful and loyal government employees in every department of our government, state, and federal, deserve to know the answers to who
killed our President, why they did this, and who helped to create the massive government coverup that still persists to this very day. Besides, the American public deserves to know the answers to these same questions in a full and complete disclosure, and let the chips fall where they may. If it be TREASON, then let us in 2010 call it what it was, and not be afraid to do our duty as citizens of this Great Nation. We cannot permit bullets to determine our future rather than the ballot box to elect our leadership from the best and the brightest among us.

Just this past week our local newspaper reported that two inmates accused, indicted, and convicted of kidnapping, raping, and brutally
murdering a woman in her home almost 30 years ago in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, were exonerated by DNA tests of the victims clothing and
samples taken from the scene following the murder. The sole witness was her 4 year old son, who was not harmed. In spite of this child
who was present at the time of this brutal rape-murder, the police ignored his statements that only one black man perpetrated this vicious
crime and left the home after murdering his mother. I think he may have had the good sense to dial his grandmother but the piece did not
state this.

Two inmates are scheduled to be pardoned, after serving almost 25 years in the brutal Parchman Farm Prison, where the most hardened
and vicious of mankind are located, particularly all Death Row inmates of which there are now over 90 inhabitants, including one woman.
The third inmate died while in prison for a crime DNA clearly proved under the Innocence Project, that he clearly did not commit. One of
the inmates was released to home arrest due to the fact that he has terminal cancer and not expected to live much longer, thus saving the
State of Miss. a great deal of money to house, feed, clothe, and pay for this man's health expenses. One inmate is still in Parchman and
is awaiting his pardon from our Governor.

The real rapist-murderer, was already in prison for a second murder-rape and his DNA matched up perfectly with that of the victim and
himself from the crime some 25 years ago that had been kept in good storage all of this time. Way to go police.

JFK's EXHUMATION:

Postby Bruce Patrick Brychek » Thu Sep 16, 2010 11:52 pm

09.16.2010

Dear JFK Murder Solved Forum Members and Readers:

07.25.2010 - Brian White Posted this Interesting Headline that has been discussed often as essential by some.

09.16.2010 - Barney raised some Excellent Points. And I thoroughly appreciate and enjoy your Headlines and Posts.

Please Read Carefully Everything That I Have Written On This Subject Matter, Under Both Headlines.

Some of us are arguing or disagreeing over apples vs. oranges, as so often is the case, needlessly.

I appreciate and respect Jerry Craig and Joe "Dealey Joe" Hall and their efforts, energy, and sincerity.

I could not be more against The Petition To Exhume JFK'S Body.

And yes, I think that the casket/coffin/vault is empty.

But moving on to My Main Point.

Spending effort, energy, money, and time on a Petition To Exhume JFK'S Body is not a necessary legal procedure,
and is totally powerless, and toothless legally.

Assuming Arguendo that the Petition To Exhume JFK'S Body is successful beyond belief, and that it draws more
signatures and viewers than the Indy 500 and the Super Bowl combined:

IT HAS NO LEGAL AUTHORITY.

IT HAS NO LEGAL COMPULSORY POWER.

IT HAS NO LEGAL STANDING.

IT WOULD STILL THEN REQUIRE THE FILING OF A FEDERAL LAWSUIT, VICTORY AND COURT ORDERS, AFTER ALL
APPEALS, ORDERING JFK'S BODY EXHUMED AND AUTOPSIED.

AND WE CAN COUNT ON COMPLETE, TRUTHFUL RESULTS BEING RELEASED EVEN THEN ? Correct ?

The Kennedy Family, and others would fight this to the U.S. Supreme Court I strongly suspect.

We have all seen pictures of RFK and Teddy standing next to JFK'S opened grave and vault when it was dug up and
moved years later after burial. If the Kennedy Family ever wanted anything done, that was the perfect opportunity.
Why didn't they do it then ? They WERE THE FAMILIES LEGAL AUTHORITY.

If people are serious, hire a lawyer, and file a Federal Case NOW.

It requires a lot of money, backing, and power.

I actually wish success to anyone who tries, as I did to Joe West.

I am not against the sincerity of the efforts or thoughts. Just the lack of legality, and the practicality.

The are 4 ways to get across the street. By going either North, South, East, or West. Unfortunately three ways require
going all the way around the World First.

This Petition will go around The World First. Then you'll have to start all over with a Federal Lawsuit.

Intelligently focus your effort, energy, money, and time.

Go for the jugular first.

My unofficial inquiries recently place the initial legal costs at $ 100,000.00 or more.

I won't donate a penny.

Those of you who are sincere, send money to Jerry and Joe today.

Christoph Hans Messner how many thousands of dollars are you sending tomorrow to Jerry and Joe for Seed Money ?

Any additional analyses, interviews, investigations, readings, research, studies, thoughts, or writings on any aspect
of this Subject Matter ?

Bear in mind that we are trying to attract and educate a Whole New Generation of JFK Researcher's who may not be

Zero. Most probable I am just mouthy. But wait, I'm saving for the German translation of "Files on JFK" and you add the story why Tippit was killed and by whom to it, that don't cost you anything. You see I take into account that you spend thousands of dollars already.

When I first saw these photos in blalck and white, there were present; Robert and Ted Kennedy, Def. Sec. Robert McNamara, Cardinal Cushing or Spellman, Speech
Writer and Personal Advissor Ted Sorensen, cemtery workers, couple of military men in uniform and the operation was done at midnight hours. One should note, that
even inside the concrete burial vault, that groundwater seeps thru the concrete even tho when being constructed, they use a fiberglass insert to prevent this, but they
often become cracked when placing these very heavy vaults into the burial site thus seepage occurs. In talking to funeral home personnel, they universally recommend
use of the bronze burial vault instead which forms a vapor and vacume barrier against water seepage and also the casket sits on an elevated platform. Thats just for
those who are planning for a funeral for themselves or a loved on in the near future. barney

Finally followed up on this post and read all replies-very interesting! Thanks to all
for your input-I still think that exhumation was suspicious-may have been a chance
to do another autopsy and rebury at sea. Maybe this is why JFK Jr. was buried at sea?
The family knew he would be near his dad.

JFK's EXHUMATION:

Postby Bruce Patrick Brychek » Tue Dec 04, 2012 4:05 am

12.04.2012

Dear JFK Murder Solved Forum Members and Readers:

07.25.2007 - Brian White Posted this provocative Headline about "JFK's Exhumation" that few knew of back then,
and I am sure that few know about today. And an interesting discussion followed that touched on many aspects
of this subject matter.

My opinion is that Mr. James Earl Sutton - Files' statement about Ted Shackley stating that JFK was buried at sea
is 100 % accurate.

Additionally, either way, The JFK Family had opportunities for a JFK Exhumation, and took a pass every time.

Has anything of significance changed or developed ?

Any additional analyses, interviews, investigations, readings, research, studies, thoughts, or writings on any aspect
of this Subject Matter ?

If JFK isn't burried at Arlington anymore than why did Jakie get burried there 30 years latter?

JFK's EXHUMATION:

Postby Bruce Patrick Brychek » Sun Jun 28, 2015 12:59 am

06.28.2015

Dear JFK Murder Solved Forum Members and Readers:

07.25.2007 - Brian White Posted this Interesting Headline. This Subject Matter is often raised and reviewed
from time to time both here, and under other Headlines.

I have never believed that The JFK Exhumation would ever occur, for "Legal Reasons," and Lack of Support by
The Dwindling Kennedy Spokesmen/women.

Fast Forward to eight (8) years later. Nothing serious has ever been stated let alone accomplished with The
JFK Exhumation.

11.22.2013 - The 50th Year Anniversary of The JFK Removal was thought by many to be The Silver Bullet, The
Magic Year for All JFK Concerns, Interests, and Revelations. It was a Total Bust. A Dud. My Opinion.

In Chicago, Illinois JFK was mentioned fleetingly a few times at best.

Dallas, Texas took over management of a Controlled, Regulated, Minimal, Deceiving, and Misleading Event.

11.22.2014 - The 51st Year Anniversary of The JFK Removal. In Chicago, Illinois JFK Was Not Mentioned.

Dallas, Texas had considerably less that the proceeding year.

OBFUSCATION. FADE TO BLACK. BLACKOUT.

IF YOU ALWAYS DO WHAT YOU ALWAYS DID, YOU WILL ALWAYS GET WHAT YOU ALWAYS GOT.

The Removal's of JFK, Malcolm X, MLK, and RFK, the Oklahoma Bombing, and the Bombings of the Pentagon,
the Twin Towers and WTC - 7 are all like Moby Dick disappearing into the Ocean's Of Time with The Captain
Ahab's, the History Buff's, attached by their own harpoon and lines, drowning their dreams and desires for "The
Truth" for all of History.

THE HISTORY BOOKS WILL NEVER BE REWRITTEN.

aspect of this Subject Matter ?

I'm not sure how I got involved in this topic? I think it's a total waste of time, as are other "efforts" by researchers such as releasing "papers". my thought would be like my friend Bob Fox's favorite comical quote "Nothing to see here".

But as Bruce recommends if you want you are welcome to send me money and I'll go to the casino and have far better results that any legal quest would do.

We spend too much time chasing out tails and following paths that have purposely been laid out for us.

It's far past time to think outside the box - and stop leading newcomers down some of the same paths we have followed.
If you ask the wrong questions the answer does not matter!
then if you control the questions being asked the answer still does not matter!
To continue doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result is "Insane"

02.07.2018:

Dear JFK Murder Solved Forum Members and Readers:

07.25.2007 - Mr. Brian White originally Posted this Interesting Headline and Supporting Material.

A short discussion followed.

Since The Removal of JFK on 11.22.1963 only Mr. Joe West seriously tried to Exhume JFK's Body, and/or Coffin.

PETITIONS TO EXHUME JFK'S BODY AND/OR CASKET HAVE ALSO BEEN A TOTAL BUST.

As always, I strongly recommend that you first read, research, and study material completely yourself about a Subject Matter, and then formulate your own Opinions and Theories.

From what I have seen on youtube of pics taken during the exhumation,

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uTSj5w7JQ2Q

the caskets of JFK and infant Patrick and stillborn daughter Arabella were removed from the opened vaults in the ground, and moved by block and tackle attached to a crane to the new grave site 20 ft. away, where they were laid in new vaults and buried. At no time was there any opening of (or opportunity to open) the actual caskets. The caskets were exhumed but the bodies were not.

How does this translate to an empty casket or switched bodies or burial at sea? There are theories and there are theories, but theories are not considered facts until they are proven.
