Where 'THAT' bullet really was after the assassination

Governor Connally's surgeon after completing chest surgery, but BEFORE surgery on the wrist had been completed and BEFORE the leg wound surgery has started:

Dr. Shaw clearly states that the bullet is still in the leg at this stage!

So how, according to the Warren Commission, has it aleady fallen-out at an earlier time onto a gurney of uncertain provenance?

I'm almost hoping some apologist suggests that they put it back in his leg to stop the bleeding or for other safekeeping purposes!
