Knowing the truth about the Kennedy Assassination is understanding America today.

I fully believe that we wouldn't be having any conversation about a conspiracy in the assassination of JFK if the 2 following timing problems didn't occur:
1. If James Files had waited a second longer before squeezing off his round, he would have seen that Nicoletti landed a head shot. Files would have put the Fireball in the case and walked away. All shots would have come from the rear. No witnesses would have said it looked like he was shot from the front right. The Zapruder film wouldn't have been controversial. Witnesses wouldn't have claimed that a shot came from the Knoll and people wouldn't have run up it looking for a shooter. Open and shut case.
2. Had Oswald not have left his boarding house early, he would have been "silenced" by Gary Marlow and made it look like a suicide. Everyone would have believed it. No mob-connected Jack Ruby would have been needed to silence him a few days later. We would have moved on with our lives oblivious to what had gone down in Dallas.
