Dear JFK Murder Solved Forum Members and Readers:

BRUCE PATRICK BRYCHEK FOR PRESIDENT UNDER THE INDEPENDENT, REVOLUTIONARY, VISIONARY PARTY !

In One (1) Year I will remove 95%+ of all Perceived Problems in the U.S.

In One (1) Year I will remove 95%+ of all Crime in the U.S.

In One (1) Year I will remove 95%+ of all Illegal Alien Challenges in the U.S.

After Very Careful Analyses, Reading, Research, Study, and Writing I have decided today to throw my hat
into the 2020 Presidential Election.

I am herewith laying out some of My Major Principles and Philosophies, giving credit and incorporating
herein by reference, The Below Spirited Suggestions.

* Decriminalization of Sex Work, Nationwide as Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, Kamala Harris, Corey
Booker, and many other Democratic-Socialists are recommending. This will also raise Tax Revenue.

* Gambling Casinos wherever possible, like Chicago, Illinois is advocating. This will also raise Tax
Revenue.

* Marijuana Shops everywhere possible, like Chicago, Illinois is advocating. This will also raise Tax
Revenue.

* Controlled Legalization of Vaping, to Defend and Protect the youth and others of our population.

However, Vaping Material may be sold and used legally in Gambling Casinos and Marijuana Shops. This will
also raise Tax Revenue.

* 95%+ REDUCTION OF CRIME IN THE U.S. IN ONE (1) YEAR OR LESS.

ARMED ROBBERY, ARSON, BANK ROBBERIES, DRUNK DRIVING, GANG CRIMES, HEINOUS CRIMES, MASS MURDERS,
MUTILATIONS, MULTIPLE MURDERS, MURDER, RAPE and GANG RAPE, TERRORISM, etc., WILL NO LONGER BE
CRIMINAL OFFENSES.

THEY WILL BE CLASSIFIED AS MENTAL ISSUES, and INNOCENCE BY REASON OF INSANITY and/or MENTAL DEFECT IS
IMPLIED and INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE, WITH IMMEDIATE FREE LEGAL, MEDICAL, MENTAL and RESIDENTIAL
ASISTANCE, etc., AS IS NEEDED.

* Also, Complete Removal of The Felony Murder Rule. Since the Poor, Mentally Challenged" Alleged Perpetrator
is Now Clearly Not Guilty of Any Criminal Offense, Nobody Assisting Can Obviously Be Criminally Liable for Something
That Is Clearly Not A Crime.

* All Jails and Prisons will be closed and vacated within one (1) year or less, since by Law these Poor "Alleged
Inmates and Offenders" are Not Criminals, but Mental Wards of the U.S. Government, and The Paying U.S. Tax
Payer.

* All City, County, State, and Federal Law Enforcement Officers, and Judges, will be given 30 Day Pink Slips.

Since there are No Longer ANY CRIMES, There Is No Longer Any Need For "Defunct Law Enforcement" Agents,
Bailiffs, Court Officers, Judges, Police Officers, Prison Guards, Sheriffs, Wardens, etc.

"We the People..." can no longer attack, criticize, etc., The Mentally Challenged, or Those Formerly Classified
as Illegal Aliens, BY U.S. Government MANDATE and. LAW.

Clearly These Are Not Crimes as the "Alleged Offenders" are Sick, and therefore Not Normal, and Can Not Be
Charged Criminally.

The Poor, Troubled Offenders will be sent to Betty Ford Country Club Type Settings, All Paid For By The Tax
Payer, where No Expense will be sparred.

* INCOME TAXES, REVENUE SALES TAXES and ALL OTHER TAXES FOR THOSE WORKING WILL BE INCREASED 100%+
YEARLY UNTIL ALL THE MENTALLY CHALLENGED ARE SECURED WITH ALCOHOL, DENTAL, DRUGS, FOOD, GAMBLING,
HOMES, OPTICAL, REAL ESTATE, etc.,and RED, WHITE, BLUE and GREEN CARDS FOR EVERYTHING FREE AS THE
MENTALLY CHALLENGED CAN NOT BE FORCED TO HAVE CONCERNS WHILE REHABILITATING THROUGH A PROCESS
THAT COULD BE LIFE LONG.

* Those with Legal and Mental Statuses will be Given Red, White, Blue and Green FREE CARDS FOR ANY AND ALL
PURCHASES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Alcohol, Food, Drugs, Homes, Legal Advice, Medical Advice, Real
Estate, Sexual Needs, Treatment of Any and All Kinds of Expenses Issues, etc.

WHILE GOING THROUGH MENTAL TREATMENTS THESE POOR "ALLEGED OFFENDERS" CAN'T BE EXPECTED
TO DO ANYTHING BUT CHILL, NOT WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING, RELAX, UNWIND, etc.

ILLEGAL ALIENS:

ALL ILLEGAL ALIENS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY ELIGIBLE FOR:

1. ANY AND ALL CITIZENSHIP AND VOTING RIGHTS, INCLUDING VOTING FOR THE PRESIDENCY OF THE U.S.,
IN 2020.

2. AMERICAN RED, WHITE, BLUE, and GREEN CARDS THAT WILL ENTITLE THEM TO FREELY PURCHASE ANY
AND ALL GOODS AND SERVICES, i.e., Alcohol, Automobiles, Dental, Drugs, Education, Housing, Legal,
Medical, Optical, Real Estate, Sexual Needs, Treatments, etc., FOR AS LONG AS IS NECESSARY AND NEEDED.

* EDUCATION WILL BE REHABILITATIVE, FOCUSED ON THE RIGHTS OF ILLEGAL ALIENS and MENTALLY
DISADVANTAGED

Therefore, all Negative History will be removed, including, but not limited to: The Civil War, WW I,
WW II, The Korean War, Vietnam. Laos, Cambodia, etc., The Oklahoma Bombing, 09.11.2001, False
Flags, etc.

* THE TRUTH IS WHAT THE U.S. GOVERNMENT AND ITS AGENTS WILL SAY IT IS GOING FORWARD.

THOSE GUILTY OF VIOLATION OF "THE TRUTH" LAWS WILL BE TREASONOUS PER SE, AND AUTOMATICALLY
BE SUBJECTED TO "THE SOYLENT GREEN" REMOVAL and VANISHING LAWS and PROCEDURES WITH NO
NOTICE OR RIGHT OF APPEAL.

TRUTH VIOLATORS WILL BE REMOVED EMOTIONALLY, MENTALLY, PHYSICALLY and PSYCHOLOGICALLY FROM
ANY AND ALL REPORTING AND THINKING PROCESSES.

This is my First Rough Draft, which is Incomplete of course.

Please feel FREE to Add your own suggesting for The New Classification of Mentally Challenged Americans.

As always, I strongly recommend that you first read, research, and study material completely yourself
about a Subject Matter, and then formulate your own Opinions and Theories.

Any additional analyses, interviews, investigations, readings, research, studies, thoughts, or writings
on any aspect of this Subject Matter ?

Bear in mind that we are trying to attract and educate a Whole New Generation of JFK Researchers
who may not be as well versed as you.

Should sex work be decriminalized?

Should sex work be decriminalized?

Outside of a handful of counties in Nevada, prostitution is illegal in the U.S., but a movement is now gaining traction to
decriminalize sex work. The Washington, D.C., City Council and the New York state Legislature are considering separate
decriminalization bills. If passed, the selling and buying of sex would still be illegal but would carry no criminal penalties.
The push for change has largely been led by sex workers themselves, who say current laws make them vulnerable to
violence and harassment while doing nothing to curb the demand for buying sex. Others make the case that sex work is a
legitimate profession that should be afforded the rights and protections given to all other jobs.
What’s happening:

Prostitution has been called the world’s oldest profession. But outside of a handful of counties in Nevada, it’s illegal in the
U.S. A movement is now gaining traction to decriminalize sex work.

The City Council in Washington, D.C., and the New York state Legislature are considering separate decriminalization bills.
Under decriminalization, selling and buying sex would still be illegal but would carry no criminal penaties. Several Democratic
candidates for president — including Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, Kamala Harris and Cory Booker — have said they
would consider decriminalizing sex work nationwide.

Laws concerning prostitution vary widely between countries, with some banning it entirely and others treating it as a completely
legal industry. Some places, including Canada, use what’s known as the Nordic model, in which selling sex is allowed but buying
it is still prohibited.

Why there’s debate:

The decriminalization push has largely been led by sex workers themselves, who say current laws make them vulnerable to
violence and harassment while doing nothing to curb the demand for buying sex. Decriminalizing prostitution, they say, would
create a legitimate marketplace that would put nefarious actors like pimps and traffickers out of business. Others make the case
that sex work is a legitimate profession that should be afforded the rights and protections given to all other jobs.

Decriminalization advocates say it’s better than making prostitution legal, because they believe legalization would create space
for a black market outside the law that would be fertile ground for trafficking and other forms of exploitation.

Opposition to decriminalization comes from a number of directions. There are, of course, those who believe that selling sex is
immoral and shouldn’t be permitted. Others who support sex workers’ rights say decriminalization would make trafficking and
exploitation worse by increasing demand in the sex trade. Some sex workers prefer the Nordic model or full legalization to the
decriminalization bills currently under consideration.

What’s next:

It’s unclear whether the decriminalization bills in either New York or D.C. will have the votes to be passed, even with left-leaning
legislative bodies in both places. If Washington’s City Council approves a bill, it will then have to survive a review from Congress
before it can become law.

Perspectives:

Supporters

Criminalized sex work creates risk for people from marginalized communities

“Vice enforcement increases police contact with LGBTQ people, and can expose them to violence by increasing stigma against
them.” — Melissa Gira Grant, New Republic

Consenting adults should be able to exchange sex for money

“Criminalizing adult, voluntary, and consensual sex — including the commercial exchange of sexual services — is incompatible
with the human right to personal autonomy and privacy.” — Human Rights Watch

Decriminalizing sex work would decrease trafficking

“Decriminalization of sex work makes everyone safer. More than any other kind of system, decriminalization will help reduce the
number of people who are trafficked and help those who are victims of trafficking get to safety more easily with fewer negative
health and safety consequences.” — Katie Tastrom, Rewire

Sex work provides opportunity for people with limited options

“Throughout history, people have exchanged the commodity of sex for money to survive against poverty, to empower themselves
against miserable life circumstances, and to challenge societal norms.” — Alex Corona, USA Today

Banning sex work is a violation of individual liberty

“Decriminalizing sex work is an opportunity to restore freedom and autonomy over our bodies. Supporting choice, freedom, and
liberty is what this country is supposed to be about, and not allowing government to find and utilize more ways to control our
individual bodies that interfere with our rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitution.” — Tamika Spellman, The Root

Sex workers deserve rights afforded to people in any other profession

“Justice won’t be found in locking up sex workers, ending demand for commercial sex, or ‘exiting’ sex workers into low-wage jobs
in sweat shops. It will come from these workers themselves building power to gain control over their working conditions…” —
Natalie Shure, Jacobin

Critics

Decriminalization makes women involved in sex work less safe

“...decriminalization policies have appeared to increase barriers to seeking police interventions and avoiding violence because
the laws have legitimized ‘management’ — pimps, traffickers, and brothel owners — and exploitation by clients under the guise
of ‘purchasing choice.’” — Chitra Raghavan, Kendra Doychak, and Elise Juraschek, Albany Times Union

The decriminalization push glosses over the harsh realities of the sex trade

“[Decriminalization] buys into the myth of prostitution as a victimless crime, glossing over the harsh realities — abuse from clients
and pimps, commonplace drug use, psychological and physical trauma — of sex work.” — Editorial, Washington Post

Legalization is a better choice

“Decriminalizing also does not protect willing, adult sex workers. True, they needn’t fear law enforcement, but they still don’t have
full legal protections because they are still selling an illegal service. The better alternative is legalization…” — Allison Schrager,
New York Daily News

It would increase sex trafficking

“If you remove any impediments to buying sex and normalize it, there’ll be an increase in that act. People from the most
impoverished and marginalized communities then get trafficked in to meet that demand.” — Anti-trafficking advocate Alexi Ashe
Meyers to InStyle

Decriminalization should be limited to selling sex; buying it should remain illegal

“There is another, better solution: a partial decriminalization approach that does not punish women who have been caught up in
or coerced into sexual exploitation. The Equality Model decriminalizes the sale of sex while keeping legal prohibitions in place
against pimping, brothels and purchasing sex — a move that protects those engaged in prostitution but shrinks the overall
market.” — Yasmin Vafa, Washingtonian

Prostitution is immoral and should be banned

“Prostitution is violence; not sex, not work.” — Rev. Que English, New York Amsterdam News

You have my Vote, we have to drain the swamp and all the fake Presidents who are only puppets of the Deep State.
I hope all the future Presidents are just like Trump, independent from influence and control of the deep State, we have to reverse 50 years of Deep state control to get our Country back to Normal if that is even possible.

Dear JFK Murder Solved Forum Members and Readers:

Slav and Ken - Thank you for your input.

I hope that everybody realizes that this was a Combined Cynical Parody and Satire on all of the
Many Promises of Both The Democratic-Socialist Party, and The Main Stream Media.

I'm probably watching The Whole 2020 Presidential Election Process too closely.

My problem is that I Love Our Country, and can't stand politicians and entitlement vultures.

On paper I believe that "We the People..." have The Greatest Country in The Modern World.

If "We the People..." could shed a majority of the blood sucking, do nothing parasites who claim to
represent us, what a U.S. we might have.

I have read that approximately 80%+ of all politicians are lawyers, and/or rich people.

This Year, 2019, Illinois had 10,000 New Laws.

This Year, 2019, the U.S. had approximately 1,000,000 New Laws.

Any improvement ?

How's...

* The War on Crime ?

* The War on Drugs ?

* The War to Provide Quality U.S. Education ?

* The War to Benefit the Elderly ?

* The War on Gangs ?

* The War on Homelessness ?

* The War on Pollutions of Air, Land, Water, etc. ?

* The War on Poverty ?

* THE WAR FOR VETERAN BENEFITS ?

* FEEL FREE TO ADD YOUR OWN.

As always, I strongly recommend that you first read, research, and study material completely yourself
